Bidus serves both US and Mexico-based users. This policy is written to be accurate about what the product actually does today; it will be updated as the product and its data practices evolve.

What we collect

• Saved searches and alerts: if you save a search, we store the email address and search criteria (keyword, category, state, filters) you provide, so we can email you when new matches appear.
• Watchlist: items you star are stored in your browser only (not on our servers) unless and until account sign-in is added to the product.
• Basic usage data: when you click through to a Source site, we log which listing and Source you clicked, for analytics and affiliate-commission accounting.

What we don't collect

We never ask for payment card numbers, bank details, or government ID numbers — bidding and payment always happen on the Source's own site, not on Bidus.

Cross-border storage

Because our users are in both the US and Mexico, personal data (like a saved-search email) may be stored or processed in the US.

Your choices

You can stop alerts at any time via the unsubscribe link in any alert email. Your watchlist can be cleared by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
