Bidus is not an auctioneer, is not a party to any auction, and does not process bids, payments, or the transfer of goods. When you choose to bid or buy, you do so entirely on the Source's own site, under that Source's own terms.
We do not collect payment information, place bids on your behalf, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing. Prices, end times, and other listing details are shown as provided by each Source and may change or be inaccurate by the time you click through — always confirm details on the Source's site before bidding.
Bidus participates in affiliate/referral programs with some Sources (for example, the eBay Partner Network). We may earn a commission when you click a listing on Bidus and later complete a purchase on that Source's site. This does not affect the price you pay. See our affiliate disclosure for details.
If you save a search or request alerts, we store the email address and search criteria you provide in order to send you those alerts. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.
Bidus is provided "as is." We make no warranty about the accuracy of listing data, the legitimacy of any Source, or your eligibility to bid on any particular listing (see our vehicle auction eligibility guide for an example of eligibility rules that vary by buyer and by state). You are responsible for your own bidding decisions.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
